About the Association

Our Mission

The Hills of Oakmont Homeowners Association Board of Directors exist for the purpose of promoting a sense of community, maintaining and administering subdivision operations, and enforcing the Association covenants and restrictions.

Our Vision

The Board of Directors serves as elected representatives of the Association’s membership. While much of our effort is devoted to decisions affecting the normal operations of the Association, our primary interests lie in developing and implementing plans that will continue to improve our sense of community, subdivision aesthetics, and fiscal well-being.

Our Organization

Association membership is comprised of every person or entity who is a recorded owner of any lot or living unit that is subject to the covenants of the Homeowners Association.

The Bylaws govern the Board of Directors; It contains provisions relating to the way the Board conducts its affairs, the duties of the directors and the responsibilities of officers, voting and election procedures, and procedures for amending the bylaws. The Bylaws do not affect the community. The Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions is what governs the community and holds the standards and policies that the Board enforces.
