WELCOME to Hills of Oakmont!

We are excited to have you join our neighborhood! You may or may not be aware that the Hills of Oakmont subdivision is a homes association committee. That means we have annual dues and some rules and regulations to follow that helps keep our community beautiful and desirable. Please ready below for information we have compiled to help make your transition into our community easy and seamless. If you feel there is some important information missing from this page, we would love to know. Email the Homes Association at hoa.hillsofoakmont@gmail.com with any questions or suggestions.


HELPFUL INFORMATION

    • Welcome letters are sent to new residents. Didn't get one? Let us know and sorry we missed you! (It could take up to a month to receive a welcome letter).

    • Annual dues are $150 for the year and must be paid by March 1st of each year regardless if you received a statement or not. Statements are mailed mid-January. Dues can be mailed to: Hills of Oakmont, PO Box 926, Platte City, MO 64079.

    • Any time a change is made to your property that alters its appearance from the original, a request must be submitted in writing to the Design Review Committee prior to the start of the project. Rules and Regulations can be viewed on our webpage, Property Restrictions.

      • Small, residential pick-up loads range from $5-$15. Call for pricing and questions.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

    • Hillcrest Thift Store - donate items to the thrift store while helping Hillcrest fulfill their mission of offering supportive services for individuals and families who are homeless or insecurely housed to achieve sustainable independence. Located 1305 Branch St, Platte City.

    • Treasure Chest food donation - sponsored by the Platte County School District. Located in the old Central Office Building in the parking lot of the high school by Dairy Queen.
