Covenant Violation Reporting

To report a violation to the Board, please mail or email the Homes Association at your earliest convenience. It is important to include the address of the property in violation along with a detailed description of violation(s). Don't forget to provide your name and email address as a way for us to contact you back should we have any follow up questions or clarifications.

**Tips will remain anonymous.** All reports will be inspected by the board prior to contacting the property/home owner in violation.

Common Violations by homeowners:

• • dumping in common areas

  • trash or trash cans left in view

  • unsightly lawns and over grown weeds

  •  trailers, boats, rv's parked in driveways

  • animals running at large

  • pet owners not picking up animal waste on common areas and walking traills
